Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Operational Specialist 3DEXPERIENCE (d/f/m) to join our E2E Develop Domain based in Marignane, France and Donauworth, Germany.

You will be part of a team developing and maintaining PLM solutions. As part of the OnePLM PSL, you will be actively involved in activities aiming at ensuring the performance, stability, and continuous operability of our 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.

We offer an exciting opportunity for an IT Operational Specialist at Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. This key role supports the "3DEXPERIENCE solution rollout" team within the One Platform DDMS team. Our upcoming goals include addressing obsolescence, guaranteeing operational robustness, and actively participating in the company's digital transformation.

As an IT Operational Specialist, you will work within a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with technical experts (Architects, Developers, Technology Specialists, Infrastructure teams) to ensure service continuity and resolve operational incidents.

As an IT Operational Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the operational stability and smooth functioning of the 3DEXPERIENCE solution within Airbus Helicopters' information system.

• Implementing and maintaining the necessary configurations to meet the operational and cybersecurity requirements for the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.

• Executing, monitoring, and optimizing the multi-Business Unit deployment processes for the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.

• Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the services provided to our end-users, focusing on operational efficiency.

• Actively participating in incident resolution and request management, ensuring effective communication on service status.

Your Challenges:

• Demonstrated experience in IT operations, system administration, technical support, or preferably in the aerospace sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its modules.

• Ability to work effectively within an Agile/Scrum (e.g., SAFe) environment for the delivery of operational improvements.

• Demonstrated expertise in the use and administration of deployment and automation tools (Saltstack, Vault, Consul, Control-M, Airflow).

• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end incident flow, reporting, and request creation via ServiceNow.

• Close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployments and the resolution of operational issues.

• Ability to maintain effective communication with teams in English.

• Aptitude to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Your profile

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.

• Strong technical IT background (system administration, automation, scripting, networking: Linux Redhat, AIX, Oracle DB, MSSQL).

• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies (java, MQL, python)

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

• Advanced level of English and French.

• Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and innovative thinking.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Value-oriented, with the ability to evaluate various technical approaches and solutions.
