Job Description:

An opportunity for Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla. The selected candidate will join the Industrialization and Sustaining LTA Team, working as ME focal point in the Production MFT in the c295 Final Assembly Line.

Responsibilities

Production Support

- Provide technical Production support to incidences and queries during the assembly process.

- Manage and industrialize industrial and design inflows.

- Give repair dispositions to non conformities. MRB (RP3) competence needed.

- Focus on continuous improvement:

   - Address repetitive issues to eradicate non conformities.

   - Develop process and product improvements to increase efficiency and deliver savings.

- Support audits

Industrialization

- In charge of work preparation:

   - Manage the industrialization of new versions and development.

   - Barchart generation: schedule the WOs to maximize efficiency.

   - Time calculation.

   - Define and request tooling and industrial means.

Co-Design

- Participate in new versions development in concurrent engineering with Design

- Provide the industrial requirements to Design, to be considered in the Defintion Dossier

- Ensure industrial feasibility of Design Solutions

- Contribute to configuration managament

- Involvement in Digital and Innovation projects
