Job Description:

An opportunity for a Metrology Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES 
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

• You will manage the calibration plan on time, on cost and on quality and assure that calibrations are performed with the appropriate procedures, standard equipment, environmental conditions respect. 

• You will analyse the calibrations/verifications certificates to secure requirements respects and adapt the periodicity with the evolution of the equipment.  

• You will deploy the laboratory procedure for monitoring the validity of the result.

• You will support the Make or Buy strategy for calibration activities by contributing in all phases, from definition to monitoring through operational surveillance.

• Moreover you will contribute to the Measurement Management System by achieving metrological confirmation and continual control of measurement processes.
