Responsibilities:

• Create the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) element framework and analyze its monthly results to enable cost allocation across each of the company’s business lines, identifying variances.
• Monitor program execution in order to analyze costs incurred to date and forecasts through contract completion – Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Participate in the preparation and closing of reports that are part of the Financial Reports, supporting monitoring and control by Senior Management.
• Track actual expenses and hourly rates compared to budgeted figures, identifying variances.
• Analyze Work in Process (WIP) data on a monthly basis and compare it with the annual operating plan targets.
• Identify and report to management opportunities for improvement or innovation within the area, and engage in technological research and innovation development activities related to the field.
• Analyze commercial business cases for new Support and Service offerings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Production Engineering).
• Previous experience in finance or commercial operations is mandatory
• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
• Familiarity with cost and controlling activities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with SAP will be considered a plus.
• Ability to communicate assertively with different departments and stakeholders, and to act proactively.

Responsabilidades:

• Criar a estrutura de elemento PEP e analisar seus resultados mensais para permitir a apuração dos custos em cada linha de negócios da empresa, identificando as variações.

• Acompanhar a execução dos programas, com o objetivo de analisar os custos incorridos até a data e as previsões até o final do contrato - Estimate at Completion (EAC) .

• Participar da elaboração e fechamento dos relatórios integrantes do Financial Reports, para acompanhamento e controle da Alta Direção.

• Acompanhar as despesas e taxas/hora reais em comparação com as orçadas, identificando as variações.

• Analisar mensalmente os dados de work in process (trabalhos em andamento) e comparar com o objetivo do plano operacional anual.

• Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor, atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação

• Analisar os balanços comerciais de novas ofertas de Suporte e Serviço quando necessário.

Requisitos:

• Ensino Superior Completo (obrigatório em: Administração de Empresas, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e /ou Engenharia de Produção)

• Mandatório prévia experiência na área financeira ou operações comerciais.

• Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).

• Familiaridade com as atividades de custos e controladoria.

• Domínio de Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, análise de dados).

• Será um diferencial vivência com SAP.

• Capacidade de se comunicar de forma assertiva em diferentes áreas e stakeholders e de agir de forma proativa.
