Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten 

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Endkunden, vor Ort (international)

  • Steuerung und Kontrolle des Projektes, Überwachung und ggf. Anpassung der Planung

  • Koordination, Steuerung und enge Einbindung der im Projektteam involvierten Funktionen aus der Matrixorganisation

  • Ermittlung und Prüfung von Nutzeranforderungen auf System- und Subsystemebene

  • Erstellen und Bewerten von Systemkonzepten, -architekturen und -spezifikationen, sowie von Testdokumentation, speziell von Zeichnungssätzen (Mechanik und Elektrik)

  • Unterstützung bei Integrations- und Qualifikationstests, Abnahmen und Schulungen

  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen bei nationalen/internationalen Besprechungen

  • Pflege des Kundenkontaktes im Rahmen der Projekte

  • Anleitung und Unterstützung der On-Job-Schulung von Endbenutzern vor Ort

  • Unterstützung im internationalen Marketing von Defence Systemen und Komponenten

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni / FH) im Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder vergleichbar

  • Kenntnisse des Beschaffungswesens

  • Kenntnisse der operativen Abläufe

  • Kenntnisse insbesondere im Bereich der Artillerie

  • militärische und operative Erfahrung im Einsatz von Artillerie Systemen

  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Produktmanagement

  • Basiswissen Systemengineering

  • Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt (30 - 40%)

  • Acting as the central point of contact for the end customer, on-site (international).

  • Management and control of the project, monitoring and, if necessary, adapting the planning.

  • Coordination, management, and close integration of the functions involved in the project team from the matrix organization.

  • Determination and verification of user requirements at system and subsystem levels.

  • Creation and evaluation of system concepts, architectures, and specifications, as well as test documentation, specifically drawing sets (mechanical and electrical).

  • Support during integration and qualification tests, acceptance procedures, and training.

  • Preparation of presentations for national/international meetings.

  • Maintaining customer contact within the scope of the projects.

  • Instruction and support regarding on-the-job training for end users on-site.

  • Support in the international marketing of defence systems and components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed degree (University / University of Applied Sciences) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
