Job Description:

An opportunity as a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) IT Operations Specialist (d/f/m) in the PSL IM Integration & Digital Technologies has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Albacete. In this role you will work closely with the RPA Product Manager, the developers and the functional team and ensure the run and the support of our existing RPA platform.

Within the IM "Digital Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the IM “Integration & Digital Technologies”.
IM Integration & Digital Technologies actively contribute to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Robotics Process Automation platform (RPA) based on the UIPath tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.

What are your main tasks & accountabilities?

● Ensure the availability, stability and performance of our RPA platform according to defined OLA and SLA
● Manage incidents and fix issues during the operation of the platform, working closely with our hosting provider
● Manage the obsolescence of the platform and it’s components
● Ensure the platform is capable of maintaining the load and scale if necessary
● Ensure the platform is following our architecture and security standards
● Support requests and change management in accordance with ITIL principles
● Support incident and problem management in accordance with ITIL principles
● Support, promote actions ensuring that deployed solutions are compliant with security policies and preserved from vulnerabilities
● Keep documentation about the platform up-to-date

Required skills
You have the following skills and competencies:

● Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
● Strong general IT background
● Team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude and experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders
● A passion for creatively solving problems and building new solutions
● Proven experience with IT operations and ITIL concepts
● Good communication skills
Following skills would be a plus:
● Proven experience with UI-Path products
● Experience with Scrum and SAFe
