Responsibilities:

  • To perform support & service sales in the accomplishment of the primary objective of the company in terms of sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in serving & monitoring customers via regular customer visits/front office activities to allow proactive identification and suggestion of opportunities in the team.

  • Prepares quotations, coordinates quotes, provides customer service and manages customer accounts. 

  • Support in the timely collection of sales and serve as a liaison between a company and its customers when necessary

  • Responding to calls and emails, analyzing customer needs, and providing the necessary corrective measures.

Personal & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Meticulous and keen on details

  • Performs job with the highest integrity

  • Promotes camaraderie among employees

  • Good communication skills (written and oral)

  • Tech-Savvy

  • Confidence and maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Coachable & Curious To Learn

  • Knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage

Professional skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Aviation Courses

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least with experience in dealing with Customers
