Job Description:

We analyze aircraft structure, create generic repair procedures, perform stress analysis and publish Structure Repair Manual (SRM) documentation for the Nose and Center Fuselage as well as Powerplant and Wings for all AIRBUS standards. Our team specializes in the Structural Repair Manual (SRM), a crucial document enabling airlines to dispatch and repair aircraft.

This role primarily involves developing stress justifications for structural repair solutions. You will also be responsible for coordination with various Airbus divisions and subcontracting partners, and for contributing to the development of generic structural repair solutions.
 

Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong foundation in structural design and/or stress analysis, including Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT).
A minimum of 6 years experience in stress analysis (Static / Fatigue / Damage Tolerance) for aircraft metallic or composite structures (development, repair, or production support roles preferred).
Familiarity with stress tools (analytical or FEM) is preferred.
Knowledge of AIRBUS tools & manuals (e.g., ISAMI, ISAMI Xpress, SRM, NTM) will be an added advantage.

Proven ability to analyze and validate Metal &/or Composites / Hybrids structures at component level for static strength, F&DT and produce relevant strength margins or reserve factors according to validated and applicable Airbus methods & sizing processes.

Proven ability to provide stress analyses for the repair/acceptance of Metal and/or Composite / Hybrids damaged structures.

Ability to write and interpret Python scripts for diverse tasks, including data manipulation and automation.
