Working in international projects, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate innovative technological solutions to customers' specific needs.

As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge solutions for public safety, but also for commercial telecommunication customers. You will be working with critical communication solutions that support public safety professionals in saving lives. 

Your Specific Tasks: 

• Test Planning and Strategy: You will develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to telecommunication products and solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing scope and objectives.

• Test Case Design and Execution: You will design, implement, and execute test cases for functional, performance and system testing and conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability.

• Automation: You will implement and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and identify opportunities for test automation to enhance efficiency and coverage.

• Bug Tracking and Reporting: You will effectively identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely issue resolution.

• Performance Testing: you will conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability and security of developed products and analyze and optimize system performance through testing iterations.

• Collaboration: You will work closely with developers, product managers, software designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and participate in agile development processes, providing feedback and insights to improve product quality.

• Documentation: You will create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, procedures, and reports and contribute to the development of user guides and documentation as needed.

Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position? 

We are looking for a seasoned Test Engineer with a "security-first" mindset.

Your Profile:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecom, or equivalent experience.

• Security Focus: Proven experience in security-aware testing (IPsec, PKI, ciphers, and hardening).

• Networking: Strong knowledge of IP backbones, firewalls, and protocols. Experience with TETRA networks is a plus.

• Automation: Proficient in Python and Bash scripting for automated testing.

• Tools: Experience with Jira/Xray and Linux/Windows environments (including AD/LDAPS).

• Certification: ISTQB Foundation required (Security/Advanced preferred).

• Personal Attributes: You are a problem-solver who enjoys root-cause analysis. You are motivated to learn complex systems and enjoy collaborating in an agile, multicultural team.
