Job Description:

Ensure warehouse operations in line with Airbus’s requirements.

Comply with Airbus quality and safety standards.

Ensure the smooth communications and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners

Ensure on-time and on-quality inbound & outbound deliveries.

Optimize operational SOP, shipment/material stocks.

Ensure warehouse equipment and tools are in serviceable and working condition.

Keep daily operations quality, efficiency and lower level cost.

Ensure the compliance with company requirements, industrial standards and regulations. 

Ensure the company objectives are fulfilled.

Support Customs team on Customs compliance and improvements.

Provide feedback on warehousing operations processes to contribute to process improvements.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
