Keen on supporting the full lifecycle of Digital:

• Bids phase with program Lines
• Gather and Prioritize requirements
• Coordinate projects & requests
• Ensure the right level of Services?

You will be part of an Airbus Defence & Space international team implementing and operating Windows and Linux RedHat Operating Systems.

As a member of the Server OS team, you will be based in Toulouse, France and responsible for the efficient delivery of Server run operations in France.

Your challenges:

• Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement, ...)
• Coordinate technical MFTs in case of a major incident / crisis
• Budget forecast and follow-up (approx. 3m€)
• Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrades implementation
• Organize regular surveys measuring our customers satisfaction
• Facilitate the discussion between our customers and our experts or our run supplier

Your profile:

• Steering an outsourced contract: being strong on the contract execution (price, SLA, priorities, ...), while being fair and building trust with the run supplier
• Work under the stress during outages
• Rigorous, organized and able to follow multiple activities in parallel
• Professional experience: 5+ years in infrastructure operations or similar experience
• Basic knowledge in hosting: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM
• Basic knowledge in network: LAN / WAN, TCP/IP

This position requires a French security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized French authorities.
