In order to support the Business Management System team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student in Business Process Management (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the company's transformation through the Business Management System (BMS) transformation

• Support the Business Management System team and learn hands on to use one of the best in class platforms for business process management (ARIS)

• Support in data integration and analytics to enhance decision making and provide business insights

• Development of requirements management in the Business Management System , based on Quality Standards like ISO9001/EN9100

• Support business users from the different areas on BMS matters

• Publication of BMS content

• Creation of documentation

• Usage of state of the art Artificial Intelligence tools (LLM, Process Mining application to real use cases)

Desired skills and qualifications

• You are enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science, Data analytics, Aerospace or an equivalent field of study.

• You see value in data and are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions

• You have experience with Google Workspace/ Data visualization tools (Qlik Sense)

• You have experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini

• You are fluent in English - any other additional language (German, French, Spanish) considered a plus

• You have strong analytical thinking skills, are capable of interpreting complex data sets, identify patterns and provide actionable insights

• You are a very good team player, have excellent communication skills and are able to work autonomously
