As an Account Executive, Outbound, SME & Growth, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in the Qingdao region. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and closing new customers who can benefit from Airwallex's comprehensive suite of financial solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Your day will involve a mix of prospecting, client engagement, and internal collaboration. You'll start by identifying potential leads through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, industry events, and partnerships. You will then engage with these prospects, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how Airwallex's solutions can address their challenges. This includes conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms. Internally, you'll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also track and report on your sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of best practices.
