You'll start by reviewing your customer portfolio, identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll then engage with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their evolving needs and challenges. Based on these interactions, you'll craft tailored solutions leveraging Airwallex's payments, global bank accounts, company & employee cards, expense management, and API integrations. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless product implementation. You'll also dedicate time to staying abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Airwallex product features to better serve your customers.
