A significant part of the role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with SME clients. This requires proactive communication, active listening, and a genuine interest in understanding their business goals. You'll be expected to regularly engage with clients, conduct business reviews, and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and success. The ability to build rapport and establish trust is essential for fostering long-term partnerships.
The Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Airwallex products and services. This requires a deep understanding of the Airwallex platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to analyze client data and identify areas where our solutions can add value. You'll need to be proactive in suggesting new features and services that can help clients optimize their operations and achieve their business goals.
Another key responsibility is educating clients on how to effectively use the Airwallex platform. This involves providing training, creating educational materials, and answering client questions. You'll need to be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, and tailor your communication to the specific needs of each client. The goal is to empower clients to maximize the value of the Airwallex platform and achieve their desired outcomes.
As an Account Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer within Airwallex. You'll be responsible for gathering client feedback and providing insights to the product and development teams to improve the Airwallex platform. You'll need to be able to effectively communicate client needs and advocate for solutions that address their concerns. This requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
The Account Manager is an ambassador for Airwallex, representing our brand and values to the outside world. You'll be expected to attend industry events and conferences, network with potential clients and partners, and promote Airwallex as the partner of choice for SMEs. This requires strong presentation skills, a deep understanding of the Airwallex platform, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
