A Day in the Life

• Morning: Start the day by reviewing performance data from recent growth experiments. Analyze the results and identify key insights to inform future strategies.
• Mid-day: Collaborate with the Product team to brainstorm new ideas for Rewards and Campaigns. Discuss potential features and enhancements that could drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Afternoon: Meet with the Creative Lead to brief them on upcoming creative asset requirements. Review and provide feedback on initial design concepts.
• Late Afternoon: Participate in a cross-functional meeting with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to discuss the progress of ongoing growth initiatives. Address any roadblocks and ensure alignment across teams.
• Evening: Dedicate time to research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing. Explore new tools and technologies that could improve performance.
