You will own executive-ready outputs, such as the quarterly “Who We Win and Why” report, and provide data-backed narratives for fundraising, M&A, and board materials. ### A Day in the Life * **Morning:** You start your day by reviewing recent customer feedback from surveys and interviews. You identify a key theme related to a new product feature and prepare a brief summary for the Product team. * **Mid-day:** You meet with the Head of Strategy to discuss the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities. You share insights from your competitive intelligence dashboard and brainstorm strategies to differentiate Airwallex from its competitors. * **Afternoon:** You conduct a win/loss analysis interview with a recent customer. You uncover valuable insights into their decision-making process and identify areas where Airwallex can improve its sales and marketing efforts. * **Late Afternoon:** You work with your team to prepare the quarterly “Who We Win and Why” report for the executive team.
