Role Overview

As the Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in shaping Airwallex's strategic direction and building strong relationships with the investment community.   • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and refinement of Airwallex's global corporate development strategy. Identify key areas for growth and potential acquisition targets.
  • M&A Activities: Lead the evaluation of potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, developing financial models, and negotiating deal terms.
  • Deal Execution: Manage the execution of M&A transactions, coordinating with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product) and external advisors.
