  • Provide leadership, consulting and coaching to the Americas leaders across all areas of People & Talent domains.
  • Assist and/or lead the development and deployment of programs, policies, procedures and guidelines to help align Airwallex team members with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Partner with global senior leadership as well as the Americas regional leadership to implement People & Talent initiatives.
  • Provide end to end functional coverage including implementation of People & Talent initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the Americas-based People team across SF, NYC, Toronto, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Enable the ability to grow operations and build employee communities alongside senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Oversee the performance management process for the Americas region.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs for the Americas region.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
