The Team

We are looking for a strategic leader to serve as our Director/Senior Director, Solutions Engineering, EMEA. This crucial role involves leading our Solutions Engineering organization across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include executive-level pre-sales technical solution design, end-to-end solution implementation, and ensuring effective post-implementation commercial performance for key clients.

As the driving force behind our technical go-to-market (GTM) strategy, you will lead a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects. By collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders, you’ll shape customer experience, influence our product roadmap, and solidify Airwallex's position as a leader in financial infrastructure.

Role Overview

As the Director/Senior Director, Solutions Engineering, EMEA, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Solutions Engineers and Architects to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region. You will develop and execute the technical sales strategy, ensuring that Airwallex's solutions are effectively positioned to meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and ensure successful implementations.
