  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications - including emails, messages and calls, prioritizing with sound judgment and service orientation.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for both professional and personal matters, such as internal/external events, conferences, and personal appointments.
  • Manage and reconcile expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
