You'll start by reviewing inbound leads, prioritizing those with the highest potential, and reaching out to schedule initial consultations. During these consultations, you'll actively listen to prospects, ask probing questions, and identify opportunities where Airwallex's products can provide significant value. You'll then deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits that address their specific pain points. Once a prospect is ready to become a client, you'll guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Channel Partnerships, to refine our ideal customer profile and improve our sales strategies. Throughout the day, you'll maintain accurate records of your interactions in our CRM system and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
