Role Overview: Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations

As the Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations in Bangalore, you will be a critical player in driving our commercial engine. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Data, Strategy, and Systems teams, as well as senior leadership, you will be responsible for fostering predictable, sustainable, and industry-leading growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, your responsibilities will encompass sales targets, territory management, incentive schemes, revenue analytics, GTM tool improvements, and cross-team transformation initiatives.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Setting team and individual sales targets based on business objectives, aligning with the broader Airwallex strategy.
  • Incentive Program Management: Designing, managing, and optimizing incentive schemes to motivate the sales team and drive performance.
  • Territory Optimization: Administering and continuously improving sales territory assignments to maximize market coverage and efficiency.
