As the Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations in Bangalore, you will be a critical player in driving our commercial engine. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Data, Strategy, and Systems teams, as well as senior leadership, you will be responsible for fostering predictable, sustainable, and industry-leading growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, your responsibilities will encompass sales targets, territory management, incentive schemes, revenue analytics, GTM tool improvements, and cross-team transformation initiatives.

The Revenue Strategy & Operations team drives Airwallex's growth and efficiency by optimizing processes, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring efficient operations at scale.
Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, designing incentive schemes, managing territory assignments, analyzing revenue metrics, and driving system improvements.
Required skills include experience in revenue operations, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a strong understanding of sales processes. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are also required.
