Airwallex is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Sales Development to lead our SME & Growth sales development team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating qualified leads and pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs). You will play a critical role in driving Airwallex's growth in the SME segment by ensuring your team meets and exceeds its sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
