As the Manager, Sales Development, SME & Growth, you will be instrumental in driving Airwallex's growth in the SME sector. You will lead and scale a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), responsible for generating high-quality pipeline and developing future sales leaders. Your leadership will ensure the team effectively identifies, engages, and qualifies ideal customers, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of strategy, coaching, and execution. You'll start by reviewing team performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. You'll then conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with SDRs, providing feedback and guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge. You'll also collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to refine lead generation strategies and optimize sales processes. A significant portion of your day will be spent analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve team performance. You will also be interviewing candidates to grow your team.

Successful performance as an SDR Manager can lead to roles such as Senior SDR Manager, Sales Manager, or even leadership positions in other areas of the company, such as Account Management or Sales Operations.
