Airwallex is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team in Amsterdam, focusing on the Benelux and Nordics markets. As a Dutch-speaking SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our SME and Growth sales teams, playing a critical role in building Airwallex's sales pipeline. This role offers a significant commission structure with a high earning potential.
Your day will involve a mix of proactive outreach and strategic engagement. You'll start by identifying potential customers in the Benelux and Nordics regions who could benefit from Airwallex's unified payments and financial platform. You'll use a combination of email outreach, cold calling, and social selling to connect with these prospects. Once you've made contact, you'll engage in conversations to understand their business needs and challenges, qualifying them based on their potential fit with Airwallex's solutions. A key part of your day will be updating and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives, sharing insights and ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Additionally, you'll contribute to refining our outreach strategies, testing different messaging, and sharing best practices with the team.
