Airwallex is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our SME & Growth team in Kuala Lumpur. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving new business opportunities for our cross-border payments and financial solutions. You will play a critical role in building Airwallex’s sales pipeline and contributing to our continued growth in the Malaysian market. On a typical day, you will be actively engaging with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, chat, and social media. You'll research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized messages to pique their interest. You'll use effective questioning techniques to uncover their business needs and challenges, and then map those needs to Airwallex's solutions. You'll present product information to prospective clients and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system. You'll be collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and contributing to the development of sales tools and assets. You will stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the product team.
