As the Senior Manager, Deal Strategy & Monetization, you will play a critical role in optimizing Airwallex's revenue generation and profitability. Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Global Head of Strategy and Operations, you will lead the Americas Deal Desk, ensuring profitable deal structures and aligning pricing with broader business objectives. You will empower our sales team by providing the frameworks and guidance needed to close complex deals efficiently. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing methodologies, and deal structuring.
Your day will be dynamic and multifaceted, involving a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, sales enablement, and deal guidance. You'll start by reviewing deal performance data, identifying trends, and developing insights to improve pricing strategies. You'll then collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to provide guidance on complex, non-standard deals, ensuring customer needs are balanced with company objectives. You'll also work on developing and delivering training to the sales organization on pricing, deal desk processes, and negotiation best practices. Throughout the day, you'll be a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and driver of continuous improvement.
