Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to deliver excellent HR initiatives in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian markets. You'll enhance the employee lifecycle experience by developing and optimizing HR policies, programs, and practices. Based in Singapore, you'll report to the Regional People & Talent Director.

A Day in the Life

As Senior Manager, People Operations, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks each day. You might start by consulting with managers on HR policies, addressing employee queries about compensation, or developing new workflows. You could spend time assessing benefits programs, updating job requirements, or ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Monitoring HR systems and databases will also be crucial. You’ll work on improving the overall employee experience and ensuring the HR function supports Airwallex's rapid growth.
