As the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, Enterprise, Americas at Airwallex, you will be a pivotal player in shaping and scaling our enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) engine within the Americas region. Your day-to-day activities will be diverse and impactful. You will collaborate with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to pinpoint high-impact enablement initiatives that fuel growth throughout the sales funnel. This involves partnering closely with sales team members and cross-functional partners such as product marketing, operations, and product teams. A key aspect of your role is creating compelling and actionable enablement content, including playbooks, sales collateral, onboarding materials, and training modules. You will also plan and execute internal training programs and sales kick-off events, ensuring that our commercial teams are equipped with the most up-to-date product knowledge, messaging, and competitive insights. Managing the onboarding process for new commercial team members and implementing sales tools to improve efficiency are also crucial components of your responsibilities.
