The Role

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations in South Korea, you will play a pivotal role in driving Airwallex’s entry and growth in the South Korean market. You will work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, product, and regional teams to shape our go-to-market strategy and drive execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape South Korea market strategy: Size, define, and map the South Korea market; develop our understanding of key verticals, competitors, ideal customer profiles, compelling use cases, and revenue opportunities across Airwallex’s products (global accounts, FX, payments, issuing, treasury, etc.).
  • Lead go-to-market execution: Work collaboratively with local and international cross-functional teams to plan and drive our go-to-market in South Korea — including defining country plays, coordinating launch milestones, managing timelines, tracking progress, and driving accountability.
  • Support product and commercial excellence: Act as a bridge between our South Korea business and our regional/global product teams, surfacing valuable local insights to inform product development and improve product-market fit.
  • Drive strategic initiatives: Identify, scope, and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate Airwallex’s growth in South Korea, such as partnerships, new product launches, and market expansion opportunities.
