Role Overview

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Backend) on the Growth team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backend systems that power our user acquisition and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to develop scalable, reliable, and data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of backend development principles, experience with microservices architectures, and a passion for building high-performance systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

A Day in the Life

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and roadblocks.
