As a Venture Partnerships Manager focusing on the AI and Consumer Electronics Ecosystem in Shenzhen, you will be at the forefront of Airwallex's expansion in the China market. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the venture capital landscape and a passion for building relationships. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and activating partnerships with venture capital firms, private equity firms, and other key players in the AI and consumer electronics sectors. Your efforts will directly contribute to Airwallex's growth by generating qualified leads and driving business development opportunities.
Your day will be a mix of strategic planning, networking, and execution. You'll start by researching potential partners and analyzing market trends. You'll then reach out to investors and industry leaders, building rapport and understanding their investment strategies. You'll attend industry events and roadshows to identify promising startups and potential clients. A significant portion of your day will be spent engaging with portfolio companies, connecting them with Airwallex's solutions and generating qualified leads. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution and track the performance of your initiatives.
Shenzhen is a global hub for innovation, particularly in the AI and consumer electronics industries.
