Description

We are seeking for a driven and passionate individual to join us as our Campus Recruiter, who will continue to inspire graduates who aspire to breakthrough in their career. The Campus Recruiter is tasked to attract, identify and hire top graduate talent for our organization. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that the highest calibre of undergraduate level candidates is attracted through appropriate advertising, targeted campus engagement and career fair initiatives whilst working with in-country, regional and global colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to build an effective talent pipeline through B-School Hiring, Non-tech hiring from E-Schools and CA hiring.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities is in accordance to policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
  • Drive, plan, and execute attraction and recruitment campaigns including career fair, campus events, activities in collaboration with campuses etc
  • Develop campus recruitment marketing and branding materials.
  • Drive annual demand planning with various Business Stakeholders to define volume of intake of graduates for each year on a quarterly basis.
  • Responsible to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment activities for graduate’s programme including management trainees and apprenticeship.
  • Build relationships with a network of institutions of tertiary educations.
  • Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies in accordance to the Recruitment Strategy as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Passionate in graduate recruitment and junior talent initiatives.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in Campus Recruitment or a similar capacity.
  • Excellent in relationship management and project management skills. Candidate with strong track record in managing various level of stakeholders (both internal and external) would be an advantage.
  • Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with great networking abilities. Sound understanding of the campus recruitment and university databases.
  • Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle Taleo.
  • Strong problem solving ability and analytical skills to tackle various issues and problems independently
  • Strong team player, matured and agile
