The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the sales process, developing strategic business development plans, building client relationships, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of outside sales experience, an Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or a High School diploma with 15+ years, all in a Business-to-Business environment. A valid driver's license is also required.
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated range is $70,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses.
