You will be in constant contact with potential and existing clients, building relationships, understanding their needs, and developing customized solutions. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll also dedicate time to staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. At the end of the day, you'll update your CRM with progress on your sales pipeline and report key metrics to senior management.
