Role Overview

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Service Assurance Center (SAC) in Richardson, Texas. This is a critical role, operating 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring on-time, uninterrupted coverage of all post locations and accurate pay for officers. As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, monitor a real-time schedule monitoring system, and respond to emergency situations.

Your day will involve:

  • Identifying scheduled shifts where an employee has failed to log in/out and adjusting schedules to reflect actual service hours of employees in real-time.
  • Creating attendance exception records based on changes to schedules.
  • Monitoring safety check calls and responding to emergencies by contacting appropriate personnel and documenting incidents.
  • Notifying account managers about corrections needed for accounts, employees, or site schedules.
  • Handling local office calls during normal hours and transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Receiving after-hours call forwarding and taking appropriate action.
