Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, a global leader in security and threat mitigation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Explosive Detection Canine (K9) Handler to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with a highly trained Explosive Detection Canine (EDC) and contribute to the safety and security of our clients' facilities.
As an Explosive Detection K9 Handler, you will be responsible for conducting searches in/at assigned client sites, including corporate buildings, loading docks, delivery vehicles, open areas, and other locations as needed. You will work closely with the client's security manager, law enforcement agencies, and other security personnel to ensure the effective execution of security protocols. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to the well-being of your canine partner.

The minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in military, law enforcement, or correctional officer role, an adequate living environment for the K9, reliable transportation, willingness to be available for emergency response, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
