You will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring security-related incidents, responding to concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.

Day in the Life

As an Armed Flex Guard, your day will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the financial institution. Here's a glimpse into a typical day:

• Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the interior and exterior areas, including entrances, lobby areas, ATM areas, cash handling areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Incident Response: Responding to incidents and critical situations, such as alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches, in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures.
• Report Writing: Completing detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and any relevant information.
• Alarm Monitoring: Monitoring alarms and access points, responding to alarm activations, and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary.
