You will be highly visible, deterring potential threats and providing a sense of security to shoppers and employees. You will interact with store associates, vendors, and customers, offering assistance and addressing any concerns. In the event of an incident, such as a disturbance, medical emergency, or alarm activation, you will respond swiftly and professionally, coordinating with management and law enforcement as needed. Throughout your shift, you will meticulously document your activities, observations, and any incidents in detailed reports.
