As an Assistant Security Account Manager, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will begin by reviewing the security reports and logs from the previous shift to identify any incidents or issues that require attention. You'll then assign tasks to Security Professionals, ensuring that each team member is aware of their responsibilities and performance expectations. A significant portion of your day will involve supervising, motivating, coaching, and training Security Professionals. This includes conducting on-the-job training for new employees, coordinating with Shift Supervisors, and ensuring that all team members are up-to-date on post orders and emergency procedures. You'll also assist the Account Manager in conducting interviews, evaluating new employees, and making recommendations regarding assignments. Maintaining the Post Order manual, ensuring the Post is clean and organized, and distributing important communications to Security Professionals are also key components of your daily routine. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met effectively.
