When a candidate is stuck or hasn't responded, you will reach out to offer assistance or re-engage them. Finally, you’ll update iCIMS statuses once applicants are scheduled and coordinate the transition from NEO to On-the-Job Training (OJT), ensuring the new hire has the correct information and a smooth first day.
