Your primary focus will be on ensuring service level delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple states. This involves frequent travel to client sites, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with branch offices and corporate support functions. You will also be responsible for managing the P&L, driving financial performance, and identifying and mitigating security risks.
