The National Security Portfolio Manager serves as the primary point of contact between Allied Universal and our entertainment client's corporate security executives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence. You will manage the P&L for the entertainment portfolio, ensuring financial targets are achieved through effective budget allocation, revenue growth, and expense management. You'll lead contract renewals, collaborate with various internal departments, and foster strong relationships with both the client and Allied Universal's branch teams. This role demands a strategic thinker who can identify and mitigate security risks, implement security protocols, and ensure ongoing training to maintain contract compliance.
Each day as a National Security Portfolio Manager will present unique challenges and opportunities. Your day might begin with reviewing security reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. You'll attend meetings with the client's security executives to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations for quarterly and annual business reviews is a regular part of the job. You will also collaborate with branch managers and corporate support functions to address operational issues, implement new security measures, and manage the budget. A significant portion of your time will be spent traveling to various client sites, conducting security assessments, and meeting with security personnel. You will also dedicate time to mentoring your team, reviewing incident reports, and developing response plans to address potential threats.

The salary range for the National Security Portfolio Manager position in Los Angeles is estimated to be between $95,000 and $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
