A Day in the Life

As a Part-Time Patrol Officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location. You will complete routine rounds and maintain a highly visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points.

  • Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to management and/or first responders as needed.

  • Completing detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, utilizing site systems such as radios, visitor logs, and cameras as directed by post orders.
