As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer, you will manage who enters and exits the location by checking credentials, greeting visitors, issuing badges, and documenting activity using computer and/or tablet tools. You will stay visible, monitor assigned areas and cameras, and communicate concerns to the team while providing a high level of customer service. You will bring integrity, teamwork, and an agile, people-first mindset to every shift.
Your day will involve a blend of customer interaction, security monitoring, and administrative tasks. You will greet visitors, verify their credentials, and issue temporary badges as needed. You will maintain a vigilant presence, patrolling the premises and monitoring security cameras to detect any suspicious activity. You will also be responsible for documenting all access control activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports. In emergency situations, you will respond quickly and effectively, following established protocols to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the premises.
