As an Armed Patrol Officer, your day will involve:

  • Providing customer service to clients and visitors, following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols.
  • Carrying an authorized firearm and related equipment, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, post orders, and all applicable laws. You'll also complete necessary checks and documentation.
  • Responding to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, coordinating with dispatch and/or local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Conducting regular and random armed patrols of designated areas, including yards, facilities, rail-adjacent areas, and perimeter points, to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
