Role Overview

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position requiring a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a fixed schedule, including evenings and overnights. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your shift at 3:00 PM. You begin by reviewing the shift activity report from the previous officer to stay informed of any ongoing issues. You then conduct a thorough patrol of the academic buildings, common areas, and parking lots, looking for anything out of the ordinary. You greet students and staff with a friendly smile, providing directions and assistance as needed.
