  • Monitor and control access at entrances and controlled areas by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and badging according to site requirements, and directing people to their appropriate destinations.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, including dispatching notifications per post orders, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders, and documenting all actions taken.
  • Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation.
  • Monitor alarm panels and/or video surveillance systems when assigned, promptly addressing any alerts or anomalies.
  • Communicate status updates regularly to supervisors and site representatives, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Enforce site-specific policies and procedures, addressing violations and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and policy violations, promoting a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist in emergency response activities, providing support and guidance to others as needed.
