Day in the Life

As a Security Officer - Residential Courtesy Patrol, your day will consist of conducting regular patrols of the residential community, monitoring access control points, and responding to incidents and concerns. You will be a visible presence, deterring unauthorized activity and providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Your duties will include:

• Conducting regular and random patrols of the residential community, including common areas, parking lots, and exterior perimeters.
• Monitoring alarm panels, access control points, and video surveillance systems.
